Thank you for the comment, Dilip! Actually, I never thought about it that way. Since I left the Furry fandom, I've often contemplated just killing the Furry label, but the Furries who /aren't/ Christian will not be very open to the concept. Dad suggested a rebranding of the interest and/or artwork, but, well... honestly, what happens depends totally on God's will. I have little to no idea what He's planning. We'll just have to wait and see! :)

Also, if you'd like to chat more, just hit me up on Skype, MSN, or AIM. I'm most likely to answer at my Skype address, but please try the others, too.

Thanks Dillon for a well-written, illuminating piece. You made me aware of a world of which I had been completely unaware. I am still struggling to wrap my mind around the concept of Christian "Furries". I suppose part of my difficulty is the notion of Christian as an adjective. I guess I have taken to thinking of Christian as a noun, i.e. as our identity. Do we need another identity apart from Christ? Why would the movement be about BEING a furry who is a Christian? Is that different from Christians DOING furry art? Would love to chat more...
